The museum’s permanent display brings together painting, graphic art and sculpture across different periods of Azerbaijani visual art. Thematic galleries place portraits, city views, everyday subjects and abstract compositions in dialogue.
Museum documentation identifies works by Farhad Khalilov among the displayed paintings. The permanent exhibition was inaugurated on 30 September 2025.
